MEMBERSHIP FORM ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES – $45.00

If you are a new member, or you just need to renew your membership, here is the form you need to relay your information. Online payment for membership dues and event fees are available by e-Transfer through your online banking system, and of course, cheques are always welcome.

Please add your payment details in the message area of the online banking page – i.e. your name, email address, what years you are paying for, itemize the donation amount or any other item you are including in the payment (merchandise, golf fees) etc.
Re the Security question needed, please make it something to which Darin will know the answer so he does not need to contact you for the answer.
