| NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Cecebe Waterways Association will be held in person at 448 Chapman Drive on the 22nd day of August, 2026 at the hour of 4:00 P.M. for the following purposes: 1. To review the minutes of the last Annual Meeting of the Corporation; 2. To receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal year ended December 31,2025; 3. To elect directors to the CWA Board and to appoint officers and committee chairs as needed. 4.
